Privacy Policy
This policy explains how IMC Israeli Medical Center (“IMC”, “we”, “our”), based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, collects, uses, stores, and protects information submitted through the India patient enquiry form on india.ivf.uz.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you submit: full name, WhatsApp/phone number, city, interest area, preferred contact time, optional message.
- Technical data automatically collected on form submission: timestamp, IP address, referring URL, UTM parameters, device user-agent.
- We do not knowingly collect sensitive medical history through this form; any medical details you voluntarily add to the message field are treated under Section 3.
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry via WhatsApp, phone, or email within the timeframe promised on our landing page.
- To prepare a preliminary consultation and personalised quote.
- To analyse which marketing channels bring genuine patient interest, so we can improve our communication.
3. Medical information
Any clinical details you volunteer (age, prior IVF cycles, diagnoses, medications) are handled in line with the medical confidentiality standards applied to all IMC patients. These details are not shared outside the clinical and coordination team handling your case.
4. Who we share your data with
- Internal IMC staff: India coordinator, medical director, and embryology team, strictly on a need-to-know basis.
- Processor services that help us operate: email provider, WhatsApp Business (UltraMsg), Google Sheets (Google Workspace). These processors act on our instructions only.
- We do not sell your data. We do not share your details with authorities in India or any third country except where compelled by Uzbek law.
5. Where your data is stored
Data is stored on servers located in Uzbekistan and in the European Union (where our processor services operate). Uzbekistan does not have an automatic information-sharing agreement with Indian authorities regarding fertility treatment records. This is a question of jurisdiction, not a legal promise we can make on your behalf — we recommend you consult your own counsel if confidentiality is a decisive factor for you.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiry-stage data (you have not started treatment): retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Patient-stage data (you have started treatment at IMC): retained per Uzbek medical record-keeping rules.
- You may request earlier deletion by writing to info@ivf.uz.
7. Your rights
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your enquiry record (subject to medical record-keeping obligations where treatment has begun).
- Withdraw consent for marketing follow-up at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@ivf.uz with the subject line “India privacy request”.
8. Cookies and analytics
The India landing page uses minimal cookies: functional cookies required for the form to work, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) to measure how visitors arrive and which information they find useful. You can opt out using your browser settings or by contacting us.
9. Security
- All traffic to the landing page is served over HTTPS (TLS).
- Submitted data is transmitted over HTTPS to our server and processor services.
- Access to the lead database is restricted to authorised IMC staff.
